THE FEATURE FILM “YELLOW DAY" SHOOTS IN MOBILE

Mobile, AL --- The feature film Yellow Day is currently in its fourth week of shooting in the Mobile area. The film is set in Mobile, Alabama. Principle photography will finish next week.

Yellow Day is a fresh look at faith-based filmmaking. The film is part dream, part love story, rich with comedy and drama, and packed with a powerful faith message. It is written by G.P. Galle, Jr. (producer of Vivace with Mike Huckabee) and directed by Carl Lauten (former Director of The Cosby Show). They are both Mobile natives.

Film locations for Yellow Day include Camp Grace (West Mobile) and St. Joseph's Chapel (Spring Hill College). A cast and crew of over 100 are employed on the project, helping bring local jobs into the Mobile area as well as new talent to the state.

Yellow Day is also a community project. Over 25 local churches and numerous organizations have come together to help make this production possible.

The cast includes Drew Seeley of High School Musical and Another Cinderella Story, as well as Ashley Boetcher of Aliens in the Attic.
